This invitation to a voyage into the Jurassic Sea is all about discovering the sea-dwellers who occupied our region 180 million years ago: marine fossils, marine fauna. Children travel back in time to the Jurassic seas. They tame the stone fossils that come to life, move around, eat “who or what, how? In the company of the animator, the imagination provides access to knowledge through questions and answers, manipulations, observations, drawing… The living world takes shape in the minds of the children, who move easily between the skeletons of marine reptiles, ammonite shells and present-day nautiluses, and the fossil prints they make themselves before setting off.
