The ichthyosaur fossil of the Black Lands (Black Badlands) Rock-Formations

The fossil of a marine reptile that lived in the Jurassic seas 180 million years ago. It has been preserved on site. It is one of the 18 sites of the National Geological Reserve of Haute-Provence.
