Between the Alps and Provence, in the heart of the Vallée de la Blanche, come and discover the dairy products and lamb meat of this family farm.
Jérôme and Isabelle’s farm is located in the heart of the Haute-Provence Geopark, an area where pastoralism is an important activity. In this land of transhumance, ewes are raised with passion. Jérôme and Isabelle have chosen the Mérinos d’Arles breed, one of the three local breeds in the area, which can withstand the wide temperature variations of this Alpine valley and is a good breeder.
Certified organic, they process the milk themselves to make a range of cheeses, including fresh, ripened, dry or coated lactic, pressed, tartiflette-type soft cheeses, Camembert-type bloomy cheeses and yoghurts.
You’ll find our products (lamb parcels, yoghurts and ewe’s milk cheeses to order) on site (open all year round, closed on Wednesdays and Sundays) or in our producers’ stores (Montclar, Manosque).
