In the heart of a large wooded park that runs alongside the river, Le Vieux tilleul is a haven of peace between the Alps and Provence. Pascale Giordano fell in love with it in 2017, and has turned it into a warm and welcoming hotel that blends tradition and modernity.
The location is ideal for getting back to basics and taking a deep breath of fresh air, just a few kilometers from 3 ski resorts (Grand-Puy, Chabanon, St-Jean-Montclar) and the Serre-Ponçon lake. You’ll discover the Haute-Provence Geopark, an astonishing territory with grandiose landscapes and unspoilt nature. You can enjoy a wide range of outdoor and cultural activities.
In the restaurant, Pascale, a passionate chef, creates an inventive menu based on healthy, local produce. It evolves with the seasons, combining traditional mountain dishes with vegetarian fare.
