This family-run farm raises fattened ducks under the Provence sun, and offers a range of fresh and canned products.
In the heart of the robines, the characteristic black soil of the Haute-Provence Geopark, Clément started raising ducks and processing them on site. He was joined by his wife Jessica in June 2024 to create the GAEC. They offer foie gras, magrets, aiguillettes, thighs, confit, pâtés, rillettes… For them, there’s no question of overproducing, and they raise their ducks in the open air until they reach adulthood. They have chosen Mulard ducks, a cross between the Barbary duck and the Peking duck. This hardy duck has the ability to develop excellent foie gras and particularly tasty meat.
