In the heart of the Asse valley, come and visit an old oil mill and discover the products it produces: olive oil, essential oils and dried flowers.
In a place steeped in family history, at the producer’s home, you’ll discover a place, a story (or stories) and products. Ancestral and modern extraction processes will hold no secrets for you. You can then taste Haute-Provence olive oil, learning that this is the smallest protected production area in France.
You can also learn more about lavender and lavandin, emblematic products of Haute-Provence, both wild and cultivated, and how to differentiate their essential oils and flowers.
Sale of organic PDO HP olive oil, lavandin essential oil and fine lavender, dried flowers. Lavender objects workshop from late June to late August.
