Les Chevaux de Roquépine is a horse farm affiliated with the French Equestrian Federation. The horses (Franches, Montagnes, PaintHorse, Welshes) will take you to discover a wild valley, where many of the sites of the Haute-Provence Geological Nature Reserve are concentrated.
Your state-qualified instructor will guide you through astonishing landscapes, and you’ll discover the company of equines, as entertaining as it is enriching. Emotions and memories guaranteed!
Les Chevaux de Roquépine’s specialty is horse-drawn carriage rides through the Clues de Barles and the Bès valley, with a geological, historical and artistic theme. You’ll discover works from the Musée Gassendi’s Collection d’Art en Montagne (1h30, 2h30, half-day or full day), with the option of a picnic (local and organic) and a swim in the Bès, at the foot of the famous Clue du Pérouré (book directly with the tourist office).
The farm also offers horse-riding and carriage-driving lessons.
