Anne Cécile makes her pasta from organic flours from Haute-Provence. She pays great attention to each stage of production, from the selection of varieties (digestibility, gluten sensitivity) to low-temperature drying, which ensures authentic taste and preserves nutritional qualities. You’ll love the “Natures” (durum and soft wheat, petit épeautre, khorasan, durum wheat/buckwheat, 100% chickpea) and adore the “Savoureuses” (plain/beetroot/spinach and plain/tomato/basil, turmeric/lemon). Last but not least, the Sportives (khorasan/spirulina) will enable you to take on the mountains thanks to their high protein content! Several sales outlets in Sisteron (Office de tourisme, Paniers de nos Vallées, A la Ferme Val de Durance, Super U, Marcel & Fils) and surrounding towns. Order collection at Valernes village on Thursdays from 5:30pm to 7pm.
