Located in the commune of Mison, on the road to the old village, Vannerie sauvage et bois is one of the geopartners of the Haute-Provence Geopark.
Olivier Trioux works with wood in all its forms: utilitarian objects (spoons, bowls, etc.), interior and exterior decorations. He will share his passion for wood and this unique territory, from which he draws, with respect, the materials behind his creations. From the tree to the finished object, everything is made on site! As for basketry, it enables him to tame the wild and turn it into useful and beautiful objects. A visit, or even better, a workshop, will introduce you to this art alongside Olivier, who is happy to share his passion.
Take the opportunity to visit the old village and admire the château, which was a stronghold at the heart of the feudal system in Haute-Provence until the 16th century.
