Isabelle and Jérôme will show you their family farm, certified organic, producing dairy products and lamb meat, they transform the milk of their ewes to make various cheeses : fresh-soft form (coated or not), matured, dry, compressed, soft tartiflette cheese, camembert cheese, as well as yoghurts.
